Hugh Cassidy, III, NFA
Founder and Managing Member, Hugh Cassidy is a seasoned Healthcare Administrator with a 25-year record of excellence in patient care and customer service. Skilled in all phases of healthcare operations, he is an "outside the box thinker" determined to never be limited to that which has already been done.
A graduate of Louisiana State University, Mr. Cassidy worked for over a decade as a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator and Hospital Administrator. More recently, Mr. Cassidy turned his attention to outpatient care, managing multiple clinic locations for the faculty physicians of the state's flagship medical school before going into private consulting. As a consultant, he has worked with private medical practices, interventional pain management clinics, surgery centers and pharmacies. He is FEMA trained in emergency preparedness, disaster management and incident command systems for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Mary Leigh Perrilliat Curren
Mary Leigh Curren, a Senior Partner and Design Consultant, specializes in clinic layout, design and marketing. Mary Leigh is graduate of St. Margaret’s School (Tappahannock, VA), St. Mary's College (Raleigh, NC) and the University of Mississippi. This native New Orleanian can help you design, decorate, optimize and organize every square inch of your clinic suite, from your reception area to the waiting room, exam rooms and office space. Mary Leigh is trained in AutoCAD design programs and is also skilled in every aspect of modern marketing, including print material layout and design as well as digital ad design.
Cindy Carranza
In a career that has spanned over two decades, Cindy Carranza, Nurse Consultant, has worked as a Charge Nurse, an Intake Coordinator, a Nurse Liaison, a Marketing Director, a Compliance Officer and, most recently, as Administrator of a Long Term Acute Care Hospital. Cindy is skilled in quality assurance initiatives, survey preparation, mock surveys and chart audits. Her unique knowledge of both the clinical side and the business side of healthcare, make her an invaluable asset to any organization.

Jennifer Leigh is skilled in ad layout and design as well as social media presence building, website design and search engine optimization.
